It's good to talk - how to communicate with tenants about rent

Jon Land talks to Laura Kilby, a professor of discursive psychology at the University of the West of Scotland, about what makes for effective rent-related communication between social housing landlords and tenants. Laura is an expert in the use of qualitative research methods to examine verbal and written communications and has recently been involved in Sheffield Hallam University's Holding on to Home research project looking into tenancy sustainment in the social housing sector.
